Please note: Inventory quantities may vary as we sell both online and at our Optical located in Windsor, Ontario. Online shoppers will be notified in the event inventory is not available.
Thank you for your interest in our online shop. Before you purchase, please take the time to research and if needed, contact our team so that we can help you with any selections or best fit. We are experienced in fitting eyewear and to find the styles that suit you best. Our priority is that you have a positive experience shopping with us online and that you are happy with your purchase.
We can schedule a FaceTime call or send you a video of the pair of frames that you are looking to see up close and any details that you would like to see more closely. We would be more than happy if you took us up on this offer!
RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned in unworn condition in all of its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable and the client is responsible for their own return shipping cost. Please return using a shipping method that provides both tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted. Refunds are not accepted so please contact our team if you would like to discuss fit and styles before purchasing. We can help guide you so that you receive the frame or accessory that you are looking for.
ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, with exceptions during peak holiday periods. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email.
Orders must be received by 1pm EST Monday-Friday to be processed on the same day. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship via Canada Post and are not responsible for any delays via the carrier so please check your tracking number for delivery date details.
We currently only ship to Canadian and US addresses, excluding PO Boxes.
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for any order over $250.00 CND.

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Expedited delivery may only be available for select locations, we will be in touch if any issues come up with your shipping choice.
